The green chutney temptation

Mausam toh ek number ho gaya hai and we know those street side pakoras are calling your name. Ithe di vibe hi alag hai when it pours. But listen to your nani for a second. That raw green chutney on the rehri might look tempting, but in this chip-chipa weather, raw things and rain water don't always get along.

The leaves and water used in open stalls can be a bit tricky right now, yaar. No need to be scared, just a little care so you don't end up sitting inside while everyone else is enjoying the rain outside.

Ghar da swad is the best

Why take a chance when you can have the best of both worlds? Stick to the hot, steaming snacks that come straight out of the kadhai. If the craving for chutney is too much, just make a quick batch at home with fresh leaves you have washed yourself. Or better yet, go for the cooked imli chutney. Hot samosas with ghar ki chutney and a cup of adrak wali chai is the real monsoon deal.
